this is compulsory to all Blogger's, failure to do this may cause you to be banned in the Google Adsense programme because it is part of terms and conditions of Google Adsense. To apply this to your Blog, simply follow the few steps bellow.

Steps;

On your browser go to www.serprank.com/privacy-policy-generator/index.php and generate one Privacy for your blog, you would be ask to fill-in your general site information, fill it as required, then click on ''Create my Privacy Policy''

Copy and paste your Privacy Policy in a notepad

Go to your Blogger Dashboard, click on New post

Paste the code generated as your post with the title "Privacy Policy". publish your post.

Note: make sure you include this sign ( " " ) when naming your title as "Privacy Policy"

View your post in your browser and copy the url your post in which you publish.
Use any url shortening service you know, for me i use http://goo.gl/. paste your the url of the post you copied and paste it in the shorten box and click "Shorten URL".
Copy your shortened url and paste it in your notepad
Copy the code highlighted below and edit it with the shortened url

Replace the code with red above with your shortened url, and copy it again.
Go to your Blogger dashboard, click Layout
Edit your Attribution Widget, paste the edited code in the box provided
Click save, then you are done.

check your blog to confirm if the Privacy Policy have been apply to your Attribution.
